Type IA or IB acute cellular rejection (no evidence of vascular or antibody-mediated rejection)<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Methylprednisolone 500mg IV daily for 3 doses<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Consider ATG if steroid resistant cellular rejection<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">2. Type IIA, IIB or vascular rejection<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Methylprednisolone 500mg IV daily for 3 doses<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">ATG treatment dosing<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">See further information on ATG dosing <a href=\"https:\/\/edren.org\/ren\/handbook\/transplant-handbook\/immunosuppressive-drugs\/atg-anti-thymocyte-globulin\/\">here<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">If a follow up biopsy is being considered after treatment for AR, it&#8217;s timing should be considered.
