We deliver high quality, tailored information about chronic kidney disease (CKD) & its treatments in the comfort of your own home. Anyone close to you that would also like to learn more about CKD, dialysis & kidney transplantation are welcome to attend. The focus of the discussion is on Living Donor Kidney Transplantation, but we can chat with you about all aspects of kidney disease & the impact this may have on your life in the future.
