What is Patients Know Best?
Patients can see their test results and communicate with their kidney healthcare team by signing up to Patients Know Best (PKB). (This service replaces the old PatientView service that was retired in July 2023.)

This is a new system, and PKB encourage user feedback by emailing uxresearch@patientsknowbest.com.
How to I sign up?
To register, please complete this application form together with a member of your kidney healthcare team (e.g. clinic consultant or dialysis nurse). They can then submit the form to our Renal and Transplant Data team.
